The 2026 JAXFAIR Food Vendors are bringing the full Fair feast -from golden corn dogs, funnel cakes, turkey legs, cotton candy, candy apples, nachos, lemonade, fried Oreos, and all the deep-fried classics your inner child has been waiting all year to reunite with. You’ll find the timeless favorites, the “I absolutely need this right now” snacks, and a few wonderfully wild creations that make you stop mid-walk and say, “Wait… they fried what?” Whether you’re here for dinner, dessert, second dessert or a snack you bravely call “research,” the Fairgrounds will be filled with flavors worth following.
And yes, this year we’re turning one of the Fair’s most iconic foods into a full-blown showdown with our Corndog Eating Competition. Brave appetites, fast bites, and serious bragging rights will take center stage as contestants go bite-for-bite in a deliciously ridiculous race to Fair food glory. Come cheer them on, laugh a little, and witness the kind of heroic corn-dog commitment that only happens at the JAXFAIR.
